Our main concern is a pleasant atmosphere and a relaxed basis for optimal training according to your personal preferences.

Do you want to build your muscles, lose some winter fat or fit back into your old clothes after pregnancy? We support you with joint training and nutrition planning. We also offer numerous outdoor activities and excursions to work up a sweat together and, above all, have fun moving!

We only use our indoor training area in extremely bad or cold weather because we want to promote the fun of exercising outdoors.
Beach volleyball, swimming, cycling, canoeing, jogging or yoga – most activities take place outdoors.
